This character Could’ve Been Anybody in Transformers Bumblebee. 1 of the coolest things about the Bumblebee movie was the villains. Instead of focusing on 1 main villain who would pose a threat to the protagonist. We got 2 of them. Which was Shatter and Dropkick. And they weren’t just any Decepticons. They were triple changers. Which were Cybertronians who wielded the ability to transform into a robot and 2 different vehicle forms. Although we had seen Triple Changers in the previous continuity it was a major selling point of the film. But for some reason the movie missed the opportunity to pay homage to 1 of the original triple changers. Which was Blitzwing. A character who originally possessed a tank and jet mode. Which once again we had already seen in the movies with Megatron. But Blitzwing did it first. Yet the Bumblebee movie slapped his name onto a Seeker who could’ve been anyone. Given his color scheme it should’ve been easy enough to call him Ramjet. He could’ve been anybody. Instead, they sacrificed a classic character.
