I always thought Raphael's short range was useless until I saw his quick recovery time in close quarters to make this crazy jump (and fun fact sais are designed to twist/break swords).

Donatello's bo is always an overpowered classic. I do feel rewind is a great addition from cowabunga collection though only one save state per game. Knowing when to switch turtles is a great strategy to enhance the quality of the game, as it can be frustrating with cheap and respawning enemies.
