I have been so excited for Evilution. I grew up on Final doom way more than Ultimate Doom or Hell on Earth. This is where my nostalgia and memories actually live. The combination of Evilution and Plutonia are arguably my favorite wads ever. The same can be said for the community midi packs which are some of the best I have ever heard. I listened to the Evilution midi pack every single day for months after it came out. For that reason, it pains me that this map is so short, just because I wanted to hear more of Detonation. As for the map itself, I think it's about as fun as a map with 36 enemies can be. Every time I come back to Evilution, this map immediately gets me in the mood with that kick ass soundtrack and by giving me berserk from the start. It feels like an invitation to rip and tear, which I will gladly accept any time.
