This one’s intense. It’s a really small but open ended level where there’s lots of enemies wherever you go. It’s also surprisingly easy to run out of ammo, so I had to use some tricks like infighting.
One thing I appreciate is how smartly the enemies are used here. Chaingunners and Revenants are found in secret areas or in turret areas, meaning they put pressure on you without being cheap. There are two arch-viles too, with easy ways to kill them.
This is one of TNT’s quicker levels, compared to some of the giant ones in the second half of the game, or even the secret map we’re about to go to. You can even beat this map in less than 30 seconds if you know where said secret exit is.
