This is a converted ETK Driver Training to be known now as level "B"

Open zip and copy the B folder to clipboard.
Paste the folder in the user folder in the levels folder like so...
C:\Users\YOU\AppData\Local\BeamNG.drive\0.30\levels\B
See video for more detailed instructions.

Anything you do to level "B" now will save to this folder and be self-contained. With a few exceptions for shared assets the devs share between levels.

I use the Template map when starting new levels, simply because it is a bare bones level, with nothing in it. This is not that map, this is the ETK Experience Driver Training map converted.
