Tokyo Xtream Racer 2 Gameplay By First Werawat
Tokyo Xtreme Racer 2, known as Shutokō Battle 2 (首都高バトル 2, Shutokō Batoru 2) in Japan and Tokyo Highway Challenge 2 in PAL territories, is a 2000 racing video game and the sequel to Tokyo Xtreme Racer, which is also on the Dreamcast. Tokyo Xtreme Racer 2 has been enhanced with better sound quality and graphics over its predecessor. The game managed to produce two more sequels. It is the last game in the series that was produced for Sega Dreamcast, though some of the game's mechanics were implemented into Daytona USA 2001.
Gameplay
The objective of the game remained the same as the previous title, with racers competing against rival drivers on the Shuto Expressways of Japan in an attempt to become greatest racer. The SP Battle format now integrates health penalties for hitting walls and other cars.
The advantage of this game is that players can customize their cars, upgrade their Modified cars, and compete with the Bot AI SP Battle. They can tune their cars. The cars in the game include both JDM Tuner and European and American Sport Cars. But the disadvantage of this game is that the Bot AI in the game is sometimes good and sometimes bad. It is very difficult to decorate the car's Livery pattern. You cannot change the engine. The driving physics are too narrow. If you make a mistake, you could crash.
As for the car in the game, I chose to use the Honda NSX NA2 '97 because the Honda NSX is my number 1 dream car. It's a car that I really like and love. I especially like the NA2 because the C32B 3.2 V6 engine is more powerful and faster. One day in the future, I must have a Honda NSX in real life in Thailand before I die. And the Honda NSX NA2 '97 is the car in the game Tokyo Xtream Racer 2 that I like the most.
