A debug menu I've found in the code of the E3 demo of Tomb Raider 1.
The function of this debug menu seems to not be called anywhere and the debug menu also lacks a disable and enable flag, which is something I had to implement myself in order to go back to "normal play".
With it you can change the game's lightning & play the game frame-by-frame by holding the X button.
