Modern Board gaming is such a great hobby to get into yet there is that really amazing feeling when you have finally secured a brand new board game from ESSEN or GENCON or SPIEL that you've researched and pondered for days over whether it is worth the money spending, investing and purchasing.

This video aims to to talk about some of the crazy, obsessive things that you must do when you buy or purchase a brand new board game. Board Games are like works of art, the designers, illustrators, playtesters have invested hours and hours of work into creating these wonderful masterpieces for you to play.

First and foremost, this video is about establishing the sense of respect between the players and the game designers. I have an extremely high regard for anyone who embarks on designing a board game because it is no easy feat. You have to be creative, ingenious and intuitive to both your audience and the story you are trying to tell through your game.

This video is about giving new players a sense of what to do with their new board game so it can both be looked after, respected and transitioned well into a gaming group or family games night.
