Top 5 Hidden Gem Board Games
38With literally thousands upon thousands of games, it's impossible to even hear about, much less play or own, everything. Even if I did this full time. But that's beside the point! Here's my personal list of games that I really enjoy, but feel don't get enough love or discussion!
Everyone obviously has their personal favorite games, mechanics, designers, and on and on. Essentially every aspect that makes a game. But the thing is, with literally tens of thousands of games to choose from, there are easily some that end up under the radar that truly deserve more time in the spotlight. Sure, popular games are often so because of good reason, but it doesn't mean that lesser known games are bad!
So here's my personal 5 "hidden gems" - games that I personally really enjoy, but rarely hear or read about. Some are older, sure, but a decent number of modern releases are easily overlooked, as well. As always, I want to know what you think, though!
