Definitely more Adventure than your traditional FPS. You do move around in first person, and you shoot... "things". Not enemies... Perhaps this one is only barely holding onto the tile of First Person Shooter genre in my book. :P
Still rather fun to explore a very early 3D environment with rather ambitious height levels in the level design.
The puzzles seem rather cryptic, but that's just on par with the games of the era. Or I wish I was smarter.
