Touhou Emblem Chapter 19 - "Arachnopobhia? Just Exterminate every last one of them!"
0Yeah, I know there's probably a part of the video portion is missing/cut and that's because I paused the recording and didn't realize that I did that until a while before resuming... That being said, this chapter is pretty easy.
Pretty easy if you have physical tanks that is. Anyways, this chapter introduce Giant Spiders (they have the same sprite battle model and sprite as the Elder Bael from vanilla FE The Sacred Stones), and are count as promoted units. They have high HP, Strength and Defense, but low Speed and Resistance, kind of like the armored units in FE series in general. They're promoted too by the way. And they get infinite use weapons, however, they are 1 range locked (lmao)
Oh, and one of the bosses is that too. A literal giant spider. But, Yamame also has a poisonous version of that infinite use claw weapon.
Parsee is back again, don't let her steal your precious stuff. And she doesn't have the Runesword this time, but same thing goes as chapter 18 except you have to mandatory to beat up her this time. It's a rout chapter, duh. As said by a certain blonde man with eyepatch: "KILL EVERY LAST ONE OF THEM!" ... whoops, did I just start to be edgy? Nevermind, that's not my intention.
Ah, by the way, beware of critical hits from certain enemies such as Berserkers or Swordmasters... Luckily, "growth items" (Knight Crest, Guiding Ring, Elysian Whip, Hero Crest or Orion's Bolt) come with the Hoplon Guard's crit-negating effect.
Oh and by the way, Technically as soon as you eliminate Parsee, you can actually use the choke point on the boss area to stall Yamame with Alice's summon spam if you want to chip her with ranged attacks to train them... Weird, is it? Or you can simply use an unequipped character with relatively high defense (or HP, in case of Mokou). Yamame will however poison your units that have too much defense to be inflicted damage upon normally.
Next chapter is not gonna be as simple as this one, of course. Though again, it's not going to be long until near endgame...
