To clarify, my story cards ain't optimal for now, but that set up should do most of the trick.

Disclaimer: This is my personal break-down on characters based on information gathered from other players (especially an acquaintance with the name Yomui, and Gamepress for raw data) and my own experience. This is not a strict guide, and should be taken as yet another insight and suggestion.

Yorihime can be considered a set-up unit, with painfully low damage output at any Power level except 3 compared to her older sister, Toyohime, thus requiring a building up phase to actually become powerful. Yet, when she's able to pull off a 3P attack, her damage spikes and skyrockets. She's preferably used in certain long, drawn-out battles where she can build up her Power while annihilating the creeps with her other spell cards before going for an all-in Last Word at the last wave, although her one-turn Last Word's damage output isn't that terrible at all. She can also shine in those one wave battles when auto battle function comes to Global.

For story cards, the 1st slot should always be equipped with Midnight Tea at max limit break for a quick surge of Power and some Yin Attack. This, combined with her 1st skill at L10 will give her a total of 2.25 Power which is more than enough for her 3P Last Word when you count the starting 1P. This is the best set-up for the upcoming auto battle for those one wave, although be wary that it still takes more time than, say, Toyohime's, Suika's (considering the fact that the opponents aren't Water) or Yuyuko's insta-nuke for example. Witch of Scarlet Dream card is also a perfect substitute for Midnight Tea even at no limit break (max limit broken Witch of Scarlet Dream will be an overkill anyhow), although the chore of getting that card and the limitation of my roster (lacked in Medicine until the Player Appreciation event, and I still can't muster up enough resources for her as of now. sadly) hamper me from doing such thing.

Mysterious Sword Saint card should be a good one to equip in slot 2 to 4 as it gives a decent boost in Yin Attack while helping her spells with damage bonus thanks to the fact that Yorihime's spell cards are slash damage except her Last Word. You can argue that Overwhelming Firepower is the better one herr, but due to the lack of OF, I just have to ration them.

For her Last Word, OF is simply a must have, although cards boosting Body bullets can be justified if you are short on OF. Let's be honest here: who aren't short on OF anyway. But if you can, try to get one for her, she will appreciate it. You won't need Accuracy boosting cards as her skills help remedy that.
