Toxic Factory is the 1st mission in the Chemical Wasteland level. There are 25 Nitro boxes in this mission.

Area 1 - Chemical Wasteland (0:00): 5 Nitros
This area is fairly straightforward. At the end you have to kill the 2 spider enemies before you're able to continue on.

Area 2 - Toxic Pond (1:25): 2 Nitros
The blue plant guy at the end of this area takes 5 hits. Defeat him by hitting his underlings a couple of times and then throwing their severed heads at him. Be careful! When the underlings' heads are hopping around they can and will knock you into the water if you're too close to the edge. I suggest standing toward the middle of land to avoid this.

Area 3 - Outside the Factory (4:46): 1 Nitro
The only Nitro box in this area is hidden inside the car.

Area 4 - Inside the Factory (6:11): 1 Hostage
DO NOT hit the security cameras. They can't be defeated and will most certainly destroy you if you try to smack them around.

Hostage #1 (6:20) is found in the 2nd room of this area. Use the fast moving platform to reach the conveyor belt and then jump for the crank that's found on the wall to free him.

Area 5 - Robot Rampage (9:09): 5 Nitros
This area starts off by pitting you against a series of robots. Some will be carrying Nitros (the only ones in this area) and some won't be. The ones carrying Nitro boxes will try to avoid you so use that to your advantage and corner them to easily break the boxes.

Later in the level there's a guy that throws bottles at you in a similar way to McThord in The Crypt. Fortunately you only have to hit this guy twice. Dodge the Molotovs and hit the green bottles back at him to hurt him. In reality, you don't HAVE to beat this guy. You can actually just skip him, but it's probably easier just to defeat him. Area 6 - Pipes Galore (13:08): 12 Nitros, 1 Hostage
When you're at the end of this area with the hammers I recommend going as soon as the nearest hammer hits. Don't stop running until you reach the flame.

Hostage #2 (16:32): This hostage is right in your way and so you can't miss it. The crank is on the nearby wall.

Area 7 - Boss Stage (19:02): Aerosol Man - Run up to him and hit him then back away as he'll spin once and try to hit you with his cape. Hit him 2 more times and he'll chase you around the arena while spinning. He'll do this every 3 times that you hit him. Occasionally he may try to spray you. Keep an eye out for that and dodge it when necessary.
