TriGunXSword's How not to Dark Souls: The Second Attempt Playthrough part 1 - Undead Asylum
1This series is going to be unlike any other I've done on my channel, but it'll take a few episodes to get there. Basically the idea was to revisit and finally complete Dark Souls on my channel, but I wanted to try out weapons I'd never used before instead of sticking with the Uchigatana for the whole playthrough. I'm stepping out of my comfort zone for this one, and my other save file that I always run to keep the rust off me is running a strength build instead of dexterity just to throw myself off even more.
In a sense I'm setting myself up to fail and look like shit but that's kind of the point at the same time. It takes a while but by the end of episode 5 you'll see me finally get to that low point that I know you've all been craving.
In any case, Undead Burg is basically just tutorial. First time players will likely have some trouble with this first boss but honestly once you learn most large bosses have trouble hitting you when you're touching them it all becomes so much easier.
