Clone Leo is CPU-only opponent. He is a non-selectable character/flag in the game.

===== About the Clone characters =====
In the Genesis / Mega Drive version of Turtles Tournament Fighters, when playing in 1-player mode, you have to fight against the 'clones' of the normal characters (so that you're not fighting against the goodies to fit the story) before facing the last bosses.

These clones are simply palette swaps of the normal characters, not to mention adding the word 'CLONE' before their names, some shortened. They are not really 'separate' characters.

Clone Leo seems to be only clone character you can control. The others will freeze the game when the fight starts. An example of this is CLONE APRIL, which I demonstrate near the end of the video.
