This is a tool reminiscent of MTA:SA Map Editor days. You have a freecam to navigate around, and you can spawn objects (with preview!), move them around with your mouse or keys. Then you can save or load your map in various formats, currently supported are XML and Simple Trainer format (objects.ini).

ScriptHookV:
1: Download from website
2: Extract folder
3: Open "bin" folder
4: Hover over your GTAV Game on desktop. Right click and "Open File Location"
5: Copy Or Drag "dinput8.dll" & "ScriptHookV.dll" into your GTAV main folder
6: Done

ScriptHookVDOTNET:
1: Download from website
2: Extract folder
3: Copy or Drag "ScriptHookVDotNet.asi, .dll, .xml" into you GTAV main folder
4: Copy all 3 files ONLY including XML file
5: Right click on main folder and create a "scripts" folder
6: Done

Map Editor
1: Download from website
2: Extract folder
3: Copy or Drag "EVERYTHING" into your your scripts folder follow path below
4: Grand Theft Auto V/scripts (Paste All Files here)
5: Now here is a trick NativeUI.dll in the Map Editor folder is usually bugy or not working so we created this NativeUI.dll to fix it so download the NativeUI.dll in my descriotion to
6: Open "NativeUI.dll"
7: Copy Or Drag "NativeUI.dll" into your scripts folder
8: Replace file and then refresh your folder & then desktop
9: Done

In Game:
Once your in game It should work press "F7" to open Map Editor Menu. If it does not work then I'm afraid I can't help you there cause I think there is a file in your folder that's stopping you to use Map Editor. The only option I can give you is start a new fresh folder. Thank you.
