Twisted Metal III Hammerhead Pure Lunacy Speedrun

13Hammerhead is an interesting car in this version of Twisted Metal. It has some of the worst stability in the game, so it's really easy to tip over no matter what. But Hammerhead also has one of the easiest Hangar 18s, as you can just use the lunge to quickly get to the second floor. This special recharges very quickly, and it's speed is surprisingly fast. But that don't mean a whole lot once you're upside down.
This was a big improvement over my last PB, which was 23:27. Sub 20 is definitely possible. Originally played and streamed on 4/20/21.
