This video is an experiment in using the YouTube Video Editor
(http://www.youtube.com/editor) so I had no choice about the ads, google gets the ad revenue FYI. The music track is called "Appreciation" by 3 Way, there was just something about it, thanks 3 Way.

The video is a challenge mission report for Kerbal Space Program beta v14.4. A stock ship lands on the Mün, returns to land on Kerbin, launches to land on the Mün again and returns to land on Kerbin a second time. The original report had no music, I added this track as an experiment to spice it up a bit.

I took some liberties with making the video, mixing footage from a couple of attempts only one of which was actually completed. So the video does not show the initial low Kerbin orbit which lead to the successful completion by conserving enough fuel to make it possible.

The straight climb shown used too much fuel because this craft initially has a thrust to weight ratio on the low side. But it does show how the craft stages to good effect and keeps the vid short (6 mins) as there is a lot to pack in.

The game version 14.4 has a bug which wrecks ships when you reload them so the ship gradually deteriorates through the video... which is better than blaming the piloting! A couple of the landings are a bit explosive but the Kerbals survived and the mission was completed.

I used making this vid as an opportunity to try a trial version of Cyberlink PowerDirector and so please forgive the 5 seconds of intrusive water mark at the beginning and my tinkering with gratuitous transitions and some crude animation. I made and uploaded it as an 1080p HD MPEG4 to see how that worked as well, so at least HD is available.

FYI - YouTube Video Editor is very limited, not ergonomic and is slow to use but that is because it saves after every change, so you need to know what you are doing and do it, messing about with it is not really an option. Main thing is it has a large selection of free music... if you can find it, the indexing and searches are primitive. Thanks to all those contributors, lovely stuff.
