Police are reporting dozens of ride-share carjackings where the suspect uses the stolen phone to pose as a driver. Then picks up a passenger and robs them too. Either through a mobile payment app or by taking them to an ATM to withdraw cash. With some abductions even happening at gunpoint. Now cops in Baltimore have arrested several suspects, many of whom are teenagers, but far more have yet to be caught.
