UBISOFT WANTS YOU TO DESTROY YOUR PHYSICAL GAMES
Did you know that Ubisoft is asking you to destroy your games when online support ends?
In this video, we explore one of the French giant's most controversial announcements: they've updated their Terms of Use (EULA) to require that if a game ends support or its servers go down, users must uninstall and destroy all copies of the game they own.
Although it may seem extreme, this isn't a practice unique to Ubisoft. Companies like Capcom and SEGA also include similar clauses in their agreements.
Do you think it's fair that a company can ask you to destroy what you purchased?
