Description on how to access the unused maps, thanks to Hacki Dragon:

Everything but LB's castle. Maybe these elements would have been meant for that.
Some interesting things:
- Grapple. Would it have been an usable item? It would sure have added much to the experience! Actually, those many steep mountains are very suitable for grapple climbing.
- Silver seed. The small object that on previous maps were labeled as "Tear of Sacrifice" is really the Silver Seed. Only for the museum, or it would have seen actual use?
- Improved sparkling codex lens.
- Invisible water. I suspect it was unintended, but it's fun.
- The underground throne and transparent mountain are like the ones on a certain other map. There's surely a reason for this correlation.
- Metal bar looking objects. Just detail or there would have been some smithing feature?

EDIT:
By the way, the last part I would have shown before the map crashed: the sea monster is looking at the Avatar, but the magic attack is hitting the Gargoyle kid nearby. Killing the Gargoyle removes the HUD and the sea monster starts to target the Avatar. At one of my off-camera explorations, killing the sea monster only after the Gargoyle kid was dead crashed the game.
