So, Moonglow would have been a much bigger map, just like with the case of Cove.
The general geography seems to be the same: smaller island at the south, bigger one at the north and a very mountanious small island with a column even norther.
I don't know if the Gargoyle-style building was just a test, but I suspect the huge statue wasn't. Using it for Skara Brae surely was just a reusing for the tight deadline. The big black rock is another interesting thing to see. As well as the huge monolith space.
