Testing copying small files with ADB. Newer android phones can be much faster, but ADB is the way for copying tiny files regardless. MTP gets slower and slower when copying large number of files, so slow that it would take more than 1 second to copy just 1 tiny file. ADB push is not lightening, but it's speed is consistent, and it's one way to clone tiny file between a PC and an Android.
