[UNCHENSORED] 6.6, 2017 09-28: For some reason, the FGC has adopted this mindset that "learning Fighting Games from the ground up" is honorable or somehow more respected than having others teach you. People consider it being "spoonfed" how to play Fighting Games, but EVERYTHING IN THE WORLD is taught to us, whether it's basketball, tennis, car repair, knitting, or whatever. Why should Fighting Games be any different?
Then there's this nonsense that people seem to be trying to pit MvCI against DBFZ and vice-versa. There seem to have formed camps that have determined that only one of these games can exist. This is nonsense. Play whatever game you want. You are allowed to like both. You can even HATE both if you want. But it's not a mutually exclusive thing.
Finally, I'm sick of teabagging. People need to stop. Not beacuse it's disrespectful, because it's outplayed.
