In Let's play Starbound Banyan Tree episode 8, we continue building the megatree, aiming to be many screens high and across, full of rooms for a new NPC colony.

This week, we're extending the roots system, first built during the streamed prologue. We discover the limits of our roots as we reach the ocean under the island, adding a backdoor into the ocean in Let's Play Starbound Banyan Tree episode 8.

We add a couple of underground temple rooms for some NPC Glitch guards to live in, and then build a glass-based saloon bar that's suspended between two of the roots, inviting in a Novakid cowboy NPC to tend bar!
