The biggest difference in Unreal Tournament 221's DM-Pressure room is that the pressure room itself is smaller than the one in the final game, and most importantly, contains fewer items than the final one does. It only has a Minigun and some ammo in it, while the final game replaces the Minigun with a Rocket Launcher and adds a Shield Belt and Damage Amplifier to further entice players.

There is also a Flashlight and some Bandages from Unreal in this map as well for some reason.
