Deadly, short and intense; I like this one. The best ways to save time on this run is to press the first and last buttons as early as possible. That is easier said than done, because both are heavily guarded.

At the map start, you want to rotate about 135º to your right and immediately fire a pistol shot that hopefully hits the zombie, so the first zombie is dead by the time you open the door. Then you want to switch to the fists a few frames before grabbing the shotgun so you can fire the shotgun early and take out the two shotgunners on the right side. Immediately dive into the place where the shotgunners were, and try to press the button past the imps, shoot a few times while waiting for the lift to go up.

At the end, you want to run across the trap and use the barrel for some extra damage, but as soon as a few hitscanners are dead, you want to dive into the trap and try to press the button past the pinky. Usually your health is very low at this point, so expect a lot of deaths. Then just kill everything
while waiting for the stairs to rise, and exit.

This time can be optimized even further. I wasted a shotgun shot, hit the wall and the exit door. A time of 47s should be doable (46s is the current UV Max record), but below that I don't think it's possible; maybe with a new route / strategy.

This is a former world record. It has been beaten by Reizo with a time of 0m48.
