Finally got under 3m20 on this map! That was a solid run. I managed to SR50 past some of the longer corridors without hitting walls (much). Also had some good luck with the monster placement in the yellow key room and with the fists' damage. RNG plays a huge role here because you have to resort to the berserk to kill several monsters. The RNG on the berserk-fist is so extreme that a pinky can die either in 1 punch, or it can die in 5 punches, if you're really unlucky.

I followed the route of [Vile, 2013] almost entirely. The only small change was trying to hit a few more shotgun blasts when moving in-between areas to help kill everything faster. After getting to the secret containing the backpack, I also finished the last imp with the shotgun and tried saving cells for later parts of the map. I was lucky enough to go for the red door with 12 cells left, just enough to kill the last 2 imps quickly.

There are no major mistakes in this run, but there are a few small mistakes, and moments of bad-luck with monster movement which required me to back-track to kill 2 imps. Without those mistakes and with some better luck, I estimate that a time of 3m12 should be possible. Below 3m10, however seems impossible to me at the moment; at least not without finding a better route / strategy.
