VITALITY has got to be the Super Metroid hack title with the worst SEO.

I cut an energy tank from the previous world record, which saves around 30 seconds, but makes energy a lot tighter.

I looked into skipping Spazer since it's a 3 minute detour, but the detour also puts 2 supers on path, and my Ridley fights without that were about 3.5 minutes slower.
