We have a new low% for this! This run skips hi-jump and power bombs and replaces them with an energy tank. 8/109 items = 7.3%

Power bombs were required to access final bosses, and Last Lab required one supporting item (hi-jump, ice, grapple, maybe boost, or maybe space jump?).

The energy tank is required to use the shinespark control clips from nekoja's any% run from 2 years ago, because shinesparks in Ascent stop at 149 energy instead of 29.

Because of the etank, I wrote this off as a possibility for a lower % until recently when we realized that it can be traded for 2 items.
