The Valheim+ Project is something I've been working on since the release of the Mistlands update. Having beaten the original game once already, the idea is to enhance the early part of the game, as a means of boosting ourselves towards entering the Mistlands a little more quickly. In creator mode I build new points of interest, sprinkled throughout the starting continent.

This is one of a few House style points of interest I made. This is a troll house trap. I spawned a 2 star troll inside of a shell of a house with windows and a fake interior, sitting lakeside next to a dock. There's a small wall around the property to help guide the player to the right entrance point, to best experience the encounter. A pile of lootable wood, a gift box on the dock, and a, "KEEP OUT!" sign near the entrance are meant to entice someone to go up and open the door.

I made stuff like this through out our world to give more variety to the randomly generated POI content in the game, as well as sprinkle in more crafted loot for players to find. It's a more enjoyable experience to find things of value, and we also want to boost a bit down the road so we can get to the Mistlands sooner, having beaten the game already once before. It's been a very fun project.
