The continuing adventures in the Valheim world we've have been running since Hearth and Home was released. All vanilla, no mods, survivor mode.

This is building & processing video with a dash of combat in the middle. There is melee combat defending a shield generator from the Meadow locals. This recording was made during patch 0.220.4.

The grausten floors are starting to fail! It was bound to happen sooner or later since I've been reaching the limits, but the corners are no longer holding together with my current number of columns...

So, I'll probably start making many more columns to keep this floor plate together for one more level. After that, I'll pull it in or switch to wood... maybe. I'll see once I start going up more.

I jumped down to my scaffolding and was just praising it for doing a good job catching material, when it failed to catch material falling off the corner. Whole sections of the corner fell away (the next day the larger sections fell too).

To fix the issue, I'm going to try more beams around the perimeter and then drop in a few columns as well and see if the extra supports help.

For now, I just need to keep processing flametal. I explained the situation while I was swimming. I have to use that auto-run for something and swimming is a great way to clear your head.

Anyway, back at the dock, I processed some goal before teleporting to the center of town. Once there I moved another stack of flametal into the blast furnace.

I took the stack of processed flametal back to the tower, but on the way had to defend my shield generator from a greyling and a boar.

This small collection of stuff was supposed to protect the berry bush nearby and act as a small defensive lookout for the wall around the Village. I stopped the wall at some point, but I do like how compact it is...

Back into the dock and a quick swim out to the tower. A little bit more light for working, but I'm quickly out of flametal.

The tower will need more columns and I'll need more flametal to keep it growing...
