Rum - 3 tbsp
Orange zest and juice - 1 medium
Spelt flour - 1 cup
Whole wheat flour - ¾ cup
Almond flour - ½ cup
Pumpkin pie spice - ½ tsp
Baking powder - 2 tsp
Iodized salt - ¼ tsp
Soy milk/Plant milk, unsweetened, room temperature - 1½ cup
Maple syrup (optional) - 2 tbsp + ½ tbsp
Vanilla extract - 1 tsp
Persimmon, sliced - 2 large slices
