Review of Vinux 4 which is optimised for Blind or Partially sighted users. It comes with Orca Screen Reader which provides both Text-To-Speech and Braille display support.

Its based on Ubuntu 12.04.2 LTS, and seems reasonable enough. It lacks a couple of simple features, which I show how to make in this video with resizing the mouse cursor for across the whole system, and how to enlarge the font size.
