Some more 2 player Virtua Racing LAN fun. There's a little bit of odd aspect ratio shenanigans going on here. I'm the Blue Car, player two, and the game's internal resolution is set at 16:9. as I was playing on a widescreen TV. My mate, Lights, the Red car P1, is on a version of VR that's set at 4:3 as that matches the aspect ratio of the monitor he's on. Neither screen seems to have entirely come out as it should, not sure why (P1 seems a bit too wide, P2 captured in 4:3 and I had to correct it into widescreen). They look OK side-by-side though so I'm not too bothered.

I've used the in game countdown timer to sync the two videos up, what's odd about this though is it makes the starting traffic light countdown thing seem like P1 and P2 start a half second or two apart. Weird. It also causes some pretty issues with the little bits of check-point music playing slightly out of sync on top of each other in each video, creating the aural equivalent of what sounds like a cat being strangled...
