Vishy Anand on Nihal Sarin's playing style
1,449Nihal Sarin reached an Elo of 2662 in 2021 with a string of excellent performances in Serbia. Thanks to this and other feats, he was given the Sportstar young athlete of the year award for 2021. This was a great achievement for Nihal and a moment of pride for the entire chess community because he was chosen as the winner amongst young talents from all the sporting disciplines and not just chess.
