Visions of Mana will be a THROWBACK CLASSIC JRPG!
4Square Enix has unveiled fresh details, footage, and screenshots for Visions of Mana, shedding light on the game's narrative, characters, elemental vessels, and pikuls. Furthermore, producer Masaru Oyamada confirmed in an interview with Famitsu that the development of the game is being handled by Ouka Studios.
In Tianeea, within the Fire Village, preparations are underway to commemorate the impending arrival of the Faerie and the selection of an "alm." Every four years, alms from various corners of the world are chosen to journey to the Tree of Mana, rejuvenating its flow of mana power. A guardian of souls is also designated to ensure the safe passage of the alms, with Val being one such guardian.
On the day of the Faerie's anticipated arrival, Val escorts his childhood friend to the festival. As dusk descends, the crowd eagerly awaits the selection of the alm. Finally, the Faerie descends and designates Val's friend as the Alm of Fire.
With heartfelt farewells from the villagers and prayers for their success, Val and his friend set off on a grand adventure, embarking on what promises to be the journey of a lifetime.
