Fruits of unlocking 16 MB of VRAM: Playthrough of the first two levels at an internal resolution of 1280x1024, upscaled to 4k (geometry). Usually with 4 MB of VRAM only 856x756 or something similar is available.

Currently:
The game or a new game can't be started at higher resolutions, start up (or default) must be at a standard resolution with a switch afterwards.
Underwater/lava/swimming is broken. Dosbox-Rendition patches the game for underwater resolutions up to 768x576. Not entirely sure what's happening here, but it's probably a bug with RReady.
