Added support for making the Dosclient.exe window moveable and integer aspect ratio scaling selectable from RLauncher. The layout is cluttered now and will probably have to be reorganised.

Largey will see a much needed update to support diff (text file difference) . I need this for further work with ICR2 (disassembly diff's). There're also other general updates which I haven't pushed out for that app, so that's coming soonish.
