The 2018 Pimax Backer meetup in Gouda, Netherlands was arranged by the company VRSpace to help backers to compare the Pimax 5K+ against the 8K side-by-side in VR games and simulators. I was personally invited by VRSpace as an additional host and got the opportunity to meet more than 50 happy Pimax backers during the event.

During the 2-day meetup, all backers got assigned time with each of the Pimax headset to compare the VR performance, image quality and overall differences between the two headset versions. In this video, I'm discussing all about Pimax with the backers, getting their opinions and first hands-on impressions. The first 10 minutes also includes an exclusive interview with the VRSpace CEO, Darius Heydar Pour.

The Pimax 8K and the Pimax 5K+ are two next generation high end VR headsets with ultra wide FOV and high resolution display panels releasing soon. They are a big step forward from the current VR generation of HTC Vive, HTC Vive Pro, Samsung Odyssey and Oculus Rift.
