The first of the well-known British monoplane fighters, the Hurricane Mk. I replicates its awe-inspiring historical versatility in War Thunder's Arcade Battles. Able to swiftly decimate any foe thanks to its eight 7.7mm Vickers Machine Guns, this plane's powerful rudder, moderate roll rate and tight turn circle can be used to place any foe in front of its highly spread armament.

However, there are some downsides to this aircraft: poor overall acceleration combined with a moderate climb rate means that rebuilding one's energy takes a lot of time. Additionally, this plane is not suited for higher altitudes (i.e. 4000m+) thanks to its poor engine power. Ergo, low to moderate altitudes suit this plane well, along with having a sharp eye for incoming fire that can be sponged by the plane's durable fabric structure.
