The one event I have always desired to take part in: The Hardest Day lives up to its moniker as a struggle for air supremacy between the British RAF and the Luftwaffe with the Spitfires and Hurricanes facing their equal in the BF 109 E.

I strongly advise newcomers to RB to fly the Spitfire Mk. Ia either in this event, or just in RB in general, as the plane handles so well and is rather forgiving so long as you do not push its speed above 500 km/h!
