5The game has been available as part of Steam’s Early Access program, but developer inXile Entertainment’s Brian Fargo announced via Twitter that the final version of the game will be releasing on September 19. This is a couple of weeks after the date they originally planned, but still sticks to what they promised on Kickstarter, which is actually kind of rare these days
