29A little while ago, Lindsay Lohan sued Rockstar Games, or rather Take-Two Interactive, who own Rockstar, for using her likeness in Grand Theft Auto 5. It was specifically referring to the ‘poster girl’, Lacey Jonas, who is used in the games’ advertisements and who looks absolutely nothing like Lindsay Lohan. Ms Lohan has claimed that there is no doubt that Lacey is a reference to her, but she also said her voice and clothing styles were used in the game without her permission.
