The upcoming update – which is set to address multiple bugs as well as improve gameplay – was originally planned to release this week but has been pushed back to May 4.
In a post shared on social media, Ubisoft informed fans that while working on the different pieces of content, they encountered “some issues” that needed to be addressed before deploying the update.
They continued to say that they want the quality of the update to be in the best shape it can be and so, have made the decision to push the release date to May 4 to ensure a “great launch”.
Adding that the extra time will allow them to continue their work on fixes for bugs that have been reported by players via the Watch Dogs: Legion Bug Reporter. Before concluding the message by thanking fans for their ongoing support and passion.
