I find a mostly hidden cellar containing some scotch and random other bits. The Hive Mind quest is bugged, at least that's the consensus on the forums, but I try my hardest to get that completed without any success. Then I spend a great deal of time waiting for the crowds around the mysterious chest to disperse only to wind up having to rest until evening before finally opening it.
