WedSNESday: Let's Play Nosferatu
2This week on WedSNESday, Matt & Luke kick off Horror Month! The 3-week celebration of all things horroresque in celebration of the Halloween season. The first game on the docket is the SNES action platformer "Nosferatu" - a "Prince of Persia" -esque game where precise movement and fast fists are the only thing between our hero Kyle, and certain death at the hands of a powerful vampiric foe (and his many minions).
Nosferatu was created and published by SETA corporation in 1994 for the SNES. It tells the story of a young man named Kyle, whose girlfriend Erin was abducted by a vampire from their home. Kyle must escape the vampire's dungeon, where the story begins, and journey to the vampire's castle and confront him to rescue his damsel in distress, but the castle is fraught with traps and powerful, occult beasts.
