Weekly Painting Progress: Space men, old stuff and KD Ladies! 2/8/21
98I managed to get a few figures out of my brother this week- some Void Troopers from Anvil Digital Forge! Naturally he painted them up like construction guys in yellows and oranges (although I think they look like X-Wing flight suits with that color scheme). Hopefully we'll see some more of these guys soon, as I printed a bunch of them for him!
I am trying to quickly paint up more historicals for gaming purposes, so there'll probably be a fair amount of that in the next few weeks. I've spent a lot of time this week working with Wargames Factory figures, and I've grown to really like those Saxon models... the Gauls not so much. They're hard to get in decent poses, but I'm just going to roll with it.
The Viking and mounted knight were test runs for their respective boxed sets. We should see more from them in the coming weeks...
I worry about that Warlord resin rider continuing to lean over as time goes on. Any suggestions?
A few printed items finished. The psychic guy from Comet Lord is called "Xenogos" if you're curious. Comet Lord's figures always have multiple poses, often with multiple options on top of that, and there's a ton of variety in what he puts out. Wait until you see what I printed up of his tomorrow!
My hastily painted Fantastic Plants came out nicely. I'll be working on a few more pieces each week. There's a sequel campaign currently running you can find on My Mini Factory's front page.
A few more Kingdom Death girls done as well! Echoes of Death Box I is now complete! On to box two (and halfway through with box three).
