One of the original superheroes, Doc Savage had extraordinary intelligence. However, some characters such as the villainous Leader have received their intelligence unnaturally as a superpower.[3] Super Speed: Super speed is a very common power. Though its first famous user was Superman, the power has been even more popularized by the Flash. Super speed has long varied in meaning and power, but the general term means the ability to move quicker than a normal, athletic human.[4] Super Strength: Super strength is one of the most common powers, also made famous originally by Superman. Super strength usually involves the general enhancement of the character's muscles, allowing them to hit harder. [5] Agility: User with this ability can go from one motion to another effortlessly, effectively dodge attacks, swing from things easily, sprint, do back-flips, leap across rooftops, and numerous other gymnastic, athletic and martial implements with little to no effort.[6] Cold Resistance: The power/ability to be resistant or immune to one, some, or all forms of cold.[7] Corruption Resistance: The power/ability to be resistant or immune to one, some, or all forms of Corruption.[8] Dexterity: Skillfulness in the use of the hands or body.[9] Electrokinesis: Electrokinesis is the ability to control, generate, or absorb electricity. This power is usually deemed as very powerful, specifically in the case of Electro, who has charged up to one million volts of electricity.[10] Energy Beams: The ability to generate or transform various forms of energy into a "solid" or concussive beam of energy.[11] Energy Blasts: Energy blasts are forms of energy that are expelled from the body, most often from the hands.[12] Fire Resistance: Not being injured from some or all types of fire.[13] Flight: Flight is an extremely common power used for transportation, allowing the user to lift off the ground and fly through the air. Like many common superpowers, flight was first popularized by Superman[14] Gadget Usage: Users possess proficiency, capabilities and knowledge in gadgets, various mechanical and/or electronic devices, and use them to assist them in their endeavors. Examples include Batman (batarangs), Iron Man (armor), and Spider-man (web-shooters).[15] Information Analysis: The ability to gain information on a character or object by analyzing them. A basic analysis can grant only rudimentary data on the target, such as their level of strength, speed, durability, or intelligence, while more powerful analyses can grant extensive information on the target's abilities and even personal history. This ability often overlaps with Power Mimicry, allowing a character to copy another after analyzing them.[16] Marksmanship: Super accuracy is basically an ability to be an incredible marksman. This would mean that when the user throws an object, for instance, they will never miss the target they are throwing at. Characters with super accuracy are often assassins-for-hire.[17] Mind Control Resistance[18] Power Suit[19] Scanning: The power to scan and analyze anything, including organisms, surroundings, energy signatures, etc. usually through technological means.[20] Symbiote Costume[21] Telepathy Resistance: Ability to block telepathic intrusion.[22] Weapon-based Powers: Weapon-based powers are powers primarily derived from an object of some sort.
