Have you ever wondered what the little white boxes with a big black E, T, or M is on a video Game? Games come with labels and tags that tell parents what to expect in the game, but sometimes those tags aren't especially clear. This is how the Entertainment Software Ratings Board, or ESRB, assigns ratings and what they mean.

Of course, we have to go over the ESRB rating chart to be able to talk about what is the ESRB. And no, the ESRB is not a government agency but part of the gaming industry. Why? That's a good question.
